Location Manager Position Summary:
MUST HAVE AUTO COLLISION EXPERIENCE!!! Responsibilities
Determines the methods, techniques, devices and materials that are best suited for the surface finish Performs all prep and paint procedures and operations to ensure top quality finish Capable of refinishing to a level consistent to OEM finish without rework (no buffing, no runs, no dirt) Capable of disassembly and reassembly procedures Will be prepping projects for paint by removing grease, dirt, paint, rust Remove accessories such as chrome or mirrors Select/operate correct spray gun for the material being applied Additional duties as needed Job duties/Job description may be adjusted or added based on the needs of the business or at management discretion Qualifications
Ability to work collaboratively with the team to meet shared objectives. Ability to work independently as well as parts of a team. Self-motivated. Valid drivers' license required. Eligible to work in the United States. Willing and able to pass a thorough background check. Benefits
