This role involves working with one of the few Zillow teams covering the Spokane and Northern Idaho Markets, selling approximately 200 homes annually.
As a Real Estate Agent specializing in Zillow leads, you will manage and convert leads from the Zillow platform, work closely with buyers, nurture relationships, and guide them through the real estate process. Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of the local market and Zillow platform. The key to success is consistent follow-up.
