Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and identifying industrial investment properties across the U.S.
- Support senior team members with market research and investment analysis
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and property owners
- Conduct outreach, follow‑ups, and relationship‑building initiatives
- Assist in preparing sales materials, financial analyses, and investment presentations
- Track deal activity and support transaction processes from start to finish
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
