Initio Capital is rapidly scaling its revenue organization and hiring 10+ Business Development Representatives to support multiple high-growth business lines across capital advisory, private funding, and AI-powered growth systems .

The Opportunity

As a BDR at Initio Capital, you’ll sit at the front of the revenue engine. You’ll engage founders and decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and book high-quality meetings for senior closers across multiple offerings —not a single product.

This role is designed for people who want to learn the full sales cycle , earn aggressively, and move up quickly.

What You’ll Do

  • Source and engage founders, operators, and executives
  • Execute AI-powered outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, CRM sequences)
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against clear ICP criteria
  • Book and hand off qualified meetings to closers
  • Learn and sell across Initio’s capital and growth offerings
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity tracking

Hybrid base + uncapped commissions

OTE: $7,500+/month (top performers exceed this)
