About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Field Operations Construction Program Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of mission‑critical data center construction projects ranging from $250K to $100M. This role is responsible for driving execution across planning, construction, and handover while ensuring excellence in safety, quality, cost, and schedule. Reporting to the Director of Operations Construction, this position plays a key role in delivering scalable, reliable infrastructure that supports critical business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex data center and mission‑critical construction projects
Develop and implement cost‑effective construction strategies and best practices
Manage cross‑functional teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors
Serve as the single point of contact for project execution and delivery
Track and report project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and KPIs on a weekly basis
Lead safety planning, execution, and compliance across all project phases
Prepare and manage RFPs, Project Execution Requests (PERs), and approval documentation
Review and approve vendor invoices, pay applications, and change orders
Facilitate decision‑making related to schedules, scope changes, and risk mitigation
Attend and lead Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) and other key project meetings
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience in data center construction or mission‑critical environments
6+ years managing complex construction projects end‑to‑end
4+ years leading cross‑functional teams and delivering projects independently
Strong understanding of construction management, including cost, schedule, safety, and risk
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Technical College Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
12+ years of progressive experience in mission‑critical facility development or high school qualification with 14+ years of relevant experience
Professional licenses in Construction Management and/or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Proven expertise in data center operations and large‑scale infrastructure delivery
Salary Range
The salary for this position is between $160,000 – $180,000 USD annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
