Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Escrow Officer to join our dynamic team in a full‑time hybrid role based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for remote work. In this role, you will manage escrow accounts, facilitate residential and commercial real‑estate closings, provide notary services, and deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with our values of transparency and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
The role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Manage escrow accounts and ensure accurate, timely closings
Prepare escrow instructions, settlement statements, and other required documents
Review title reports and resolve any title issues in coordination with in‑house legal counsel and title companies
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real‑estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction
Receive and disburse funds, prorate taxes, insurance, and other fees
Perform notary services and witness document signings
Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including California escrow regulations
Provide top‑tier customer service, embodying our commitment to personalized, transparent service
Build and maintain strong client relationships, leveraging your network to drive success
Handle residential and commercial real‑estate transactions with precision and care
Qualifications
Proven experience in escrow and closings, with a track record of managing real‑estate transactions
An established book of clients or industry relationships is highly valued to support our growth
Exceptional customer service skills, reflecting our value of personalized service
Knowledge of residential and commercial real‑estate transactions in Los Angeles County
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, rooted in honesty and integrity
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
Prior experience in the title and escrow industry is a plus
Preference for candidates holding a professional designation from the California Escrow Association, such as Certified Escrow Officer (CEO)

The expected salary range for this position is $50,000–$160,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This range is provided in compliance with California law and may be adjusted based on market conditions or candidate credentials.
