Position Overview We are hiring a Team Member (Salesperson) with a minimum of 3 years of real estate experience. The ideal candidate is motivated, professional, and committed to excellence in client service and follow‑through. You will receive hands‑on mentorship, strong marketing support, and team‑generated leads while building your own book of business.

This position requires strict compliance with all Federal, State, and NYC Fair Housing laws, as well as Compass brokerage guidelines.

What You’ll Do Lead Generation & Prospecting

Daily outreach to new and existing leads via phone, text, email, and CRM

Convert incoming team‑generated leads (web inquiries, social media, referrals, sign calls)

Actively prospect through open houses, networking, and personal sphere

Showings & Client Service

Conduct buyer, renter, and seller showings for team and personal clients

Host open houses and follow up with all attendees

Qualify buyers and help guide clients through financing and purchase processes

Deliver exceptional communication and client care throughout the transaction

Marketing & Listing Support

Assist in preparing listings for market, including photography, staging coordination, and marketing materials

Promote listings across Compass platforms and social media

Track market trends, new inventory, and neighborhood data

Transaction Management

Draft and submit offers

Prepare rental applications, purchase applications, and board packages

Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and walk‑throughs

Work with attorneys, lenders, and co‑brokers to ensure a smooth closing

Maintain precise, organized transaction documentation

Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions

Adopt team systems, scripts, workflows, and best practices

Maintain accurate and timely updates in the team CRM

Support teammates when needed and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of real estate experience in NYC

Proven track record of follow‑up, client service, and deal execution

Strong phone skills and comfort with daily prospecting

Excellent communication, professionalism, and problem‑solving skills

Tech‑savvy and organized, with experience using CRM systems

Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Must adhere to all Fair Housing laws without exception

Compensation This is a commission‑only position with highly competitive splits and strong earning potential.
