Responsibilities It’s our mission to deliver analytics, insights and pricing strategies which maximize profitability. Along with managing these pricing strategies, you would help foster an energizing culture of excellence, encouragement, and ownership.
Perform detailed data and financial modeling to evaluate the impact of initiatives, measure key business performance metrics, and determine continuous improvement opportunities.
Support the implementation and project management of pricing initiatives to ensure streamlined go‑to‑market.
Work with complex and large data sets to develop actionable insights and support strategic recommendations for key stakeholders and leaders.
Engage in a variety of key partnerships as part of the Pricing team to ensure alignment and long‑term success across organizations.
Qualifications
1‑3 years of relevant business analytics experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey data and analysis to partners at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision.
Data analytics experience and exposure to associated database applications (e.g., Snowflake, SQL and Tableau), with aptitude to write queries and build financial models.
Solutions‑oriented mindset and commitment to achieving team objectives.
Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and pride in delivering accurate and high‑quality results.
Preferred Qualifications (How to Stand Out)
Pricing and/or revenue management experience.
Knowledge of Disney Theme Park & Resorts operations, business units, and product offerings.
Business acumen with proven strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Demonstrated leadership experience.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or other quantitative field, or equivalent.
Master’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
