Training, Licensing & Designations
Northwestern Mutual provides pre‑payment/reimbursement for course tuition fees and books.
Licenses required: Life/Accident & Health Certifications, Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 6, 7, and 63.
Program includes industry expert talks, client acquisition strategies, and access to a national network of tenured advisors.

Top 25% advisor annual earnings of
