Administrative Assistant/Legal Secretary
to join our Trusts & Estates practice group.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys and paralegals, including copying, scanning, filing, and managing case files.
Assist with document management, organization, and workflow tracking.
Support special projects and other assignments as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional office environment (law firm experience preferred but not required).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing needs.
Positive, professional demeanor and a willingness to learn.
