Overview Join ENERCON as a Civil Structural Design or Civil Structural Project Engineer. We seek talented engineers at all experience levels, from early‑career professionals to seasoned principal engineers.

Responsibilities As a vital member of our engineering team, your daily work will include:
Collaborating across disciplines to integrate and coordinate designs.
Leading design initiatives—developing studies, scopes, and engineering estimates.
Innovating solutions to complex technical challenges with creative problem‑solving.
Engaging in field operations—traveling, site walk‑downs, overseeing installations, and supporting system start‑ups.
Inspiring teams—motivating and leading by example toward ambitious goals.
Qualifications Minimum qualifications for the mid‑level position:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
Minimum three years of experience designing civil structural systems.
Experience in one or more of these industries preferred: engineering/design services, power generation, nuclear power, heavy industrial (chemical, pulp & paper), or government (DOE) projects.
Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively in teams.
Proficiency in Word and Excel.
Eligibility: for federal contracts, U.S. citizenship is required; only U.S. citizens will be considered for those positions.
Senior Engineer: typically seven years of post‑graduate experience.
Principal Engineer: typically ten years of post‑graduate experience.
Early‑talent candidates with less than three years of experience will be forwarded to our Early Talent team. Early Talent Opportunities may be viewed here:

Pay Range USD $90,000.00 – $177,450.00 per year.
