Primary Purpose Asset Protection Associates are responsible for providing a secure destination to shop for customers, a safe workplace for associates, and protecting company assets for the continued success of our stores.

Duties and Responsibilities

Investigating loss of assets including merchandise, money, and property.

Preventing loss and shrink through monitoring, surveillance, and other loss prevention tactics.

Ensuring safety and security for assigned stores.

Monitoring and implementing shrink reduction strategies.

Qualifications

One year of related experience in retail operations or customer service, loss prevention/asset protection.

Ability to write detailed reports and maintain strict confidentiality of all investigation-related information.

High School Diploma or GED.
