This is a full‑time hybrid role for experienced Realtors based in Rye, NH, with opportunities for some work‑from‑home flexibility. Responsibilities
Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties Conduct property showings Prepare and present purchase offers Manage transactions from initial inquiry to closing Build and maintain client relationships Stay informed on local market trends Provide expert advice on real estate transactions Qualifications
Real estate expertise including property showings, market trends analysis, contract preparation, and transaction management Strong client relationship management, communication, and customer service skills Marketing and negotiation skills to effectively promote and close property transactions Detail‑oriented and self‑motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Active real estate license in New Hampshire required; licensure in Massachusetts and Maine preferred Proficiency in real estate tools, software, and technology Familiarity with the New England Seacoast area is a significant advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends as required by client needs Seniority Level
