remote . If you live within 50 miles of the Aflac offices located in Orlando, FL, you will be expected to work in the office for at least 60% of the work week and from home for the remainder. If you live more than 50 miles away, the position is fully remote with occasional in‑office visits communicated in advance.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Knowledge of Aflac’s products, procedures, policy data, benefit plans, terminology, and field force
Strong project planning and management skills, including cost‑benefit analysis
In‑depth understanding of Aflac’s organizational and functional operating structure
Education & Experience Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
Four or more years of job‑related experience
Knowledge of the insurance industry, focusing on Aflac’s sales force hierarchy, internal operations, systems, terminology, and business procedures
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Travel Less than or equal to 50%.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure each field role (RSC, DSC, Associate) understands and executes the Territory’s Asset Management strategy.
Build on DVP expectations and facilitate regular (monthly or as needed) communication with MKDs/RSCs/DSCs/Associates.
Monitor sales activity vs. results; communicate opportunities for improvement.
Distribute opportunity information, including upcoming open enrollments and key metrics.
Distribute OE Plans to DSCs 90‑120 days before effective date; share leading‑indicator reports weekly, lagging reports monthly.
Review leading‑indicator and lagging‑indicator reports; provide insight and suggest action items.
Conduct regular calls with MKDs/RSCs/DSCs to ensure leading‑indicator coordinator meetings and veteran training; provide training topics to marketing for MIPS use.
Attend MIPS each month, rotating participation; offer insights and recommendations on enrollment barriers.
Attend DSC/Associate monthly coaching meetings to highlight enrollment barriers and propose solutions.
Co‑coach each level on removing open enrollment barriers through HQ initiatives, account strategies, product offerings, VAS, and enrollment platforms.
Serve as a subject‑matter expert for the design and development of associate and coordinator training materials related to account set‑up, post‑enrollment excellence, and account servicing.
Monitor and evaluate training programs, processes, and practices; facilitate workshops and training for the field force.
Conduct train‑the‑trainer sessions; collaborate with market hierarchy to improve efficiencies supporting Asset Management strategy.
Monitor market segments for sales patterns; develop and maintain metrics analyzing sales performance and campaigns.
Participate in national, territory, and market meetings, trade shows, special events, and seminars.
Stay abreast of industry‑related trends; prepare summaries for management.
Act as a liaison/resource between the territory and WWHQ to troubleshoot issues and provide strategy changes for asset management success.
Total Rewards The salary range for this position is $75,000 – $90,000, based on factors such as education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation. The range does not include potential incentive pay or benefits, which will be discussed separately.
