Enrollment Processing & Documentation: Provides day‑to‑day processing of enrollment‑related paperwork, prepares and validates student documents, reviews enrollment documents and completes student registration. Student Support & Communication: Delivers daily customer service and technical assistance to students, supports Blackboard, Self‑Service and password resets, responds to inquiries via phone, email and in‑person, conducts follow‑up and refers students to appropriate MATC support services and community resources. Service Request Troubleshooting: Resolves problems in daily processing of service requests related to application processing, testing, course selection and registration. Operational Support: Sustains daily office operations by processing mail, email and inquiries, maintains electronic databases for grant tracking, coordinates testing schedules and participates in campus and college initiatives. Ethics and Confidentiality: Demonstrates honesty, strong moral and ethical principles, truthfulness and accuracy in all actions, and addresses student and employee behavior respectfully and confidentially. Collaborative Teamwork: Establishes, maintains and enhances positive working relationships with staff, faculty, students, administrators and vendors. Continuous Learning & Professional Development: Maintains current knowledge of best practices and standards in higher education, participates in applicable workgroups, trainings and professional associations. Other Duties: Performs related duties within the scope of the position as required to support institutional objectives. Qualifications
Compliance with all state, federal and accreditation standards, and all MATC policies and procedures. High school diploma or GED equivalent. At least three (3) years of office experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish: Fluently speaks, reads and writes in both languages. Preferred Education and Experience Associate’s degree or higher with coursework in business or related field. At least two (2) years of office experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish: Fluently speaks, reads and writes in both languages. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of district policies and procedures; ability to interpret and communicate admissions, financial aid, registration processes and guided pathway programs. Ability to assemble, organize and maintain complex records, prepare reports and respond professionally to inquiries and complaints. Experience with record‑keeping, document maintenance, retention and organization protocols. Ability to overcome obstacles by engaging internal and external resources and to complete projects in a higher education setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and presentation. Ability to work independently, in a fast‑paced environment and with culturally diverse populations. Proficiency in computers and software such as spreadsheets and Google Suite. Supplemental Information

Available to start immediately in mid‑to‑late January or early February 2026. Hours:
40 hours per week, year‑round, 100% in‑person. No hybrid or virtual hours. Location may flex to other campus locations as needed. Compensation:
