Schedule:
Full‑Time.

Job Overview We seek a relationship builder, problem solver or critical thinker to work as part of a Branch team with a financial advisor. You will be the first point of contact for clients via phone and in person, building strong relations, identifying needs, and collaborating with advisors to help clients meet financial goals, contributing to the team’s success.
Responsibilities
Serve as first voice and face for clients.
Develop deep client relationships and anticipate their needs.
Assist in annual business planning and strategy development.
Listen for opportunities to provide additional services.
Lead marketing activities such as event planning and execution.
Work independently within a support network of peers, regional, and central resources.
Qualifications
Ability to deepen and broaden client relationships.
Identify opportunities to create efficiency.
Strong independence and self‑direction.
Manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
Proficient with current and new office technology.
Willingness to learn how financial services and markets work.
