Job Description
Equitable Services, now part of the United Recovery & Remarketing family, is seeking an energetic and self‑motivated Field Investigator to support our rapid growth in the repossession industry. In this role, you will use company‑issued vehicles equipped with in‑cab computers and camera technology to locate vehicles subject to repossession. Extensive training, a state‑of‑the‑art truck fleet, and custom technology are provided to maximize earning potential and performance. NOTE: This position does not involve the actual repossession of vehicles or equipment. During the five‑day intensive training at URR corporate headquarters in Memphis, TN—including classroom learning and hands‑on field practice—you will work closely with our Field Operations Manager to master the tools and processes for success. Travel, meals, and accommodation are covered. This position pays $19/hour, includes paid time off, and is eligible for benefits enrollment. Self‑starter with the drive and discipline to succeed under limited supervision. Curious, diligent, and willing to take extra steps to achieve success. Excellent communicator, able to convey information clearly and confidently. What You Need
Pass a drug test and background check. Be 23 years of age or older and maintain a clean driving record approved by insurance. Perks & Benefits
