Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Join us at Tutera Senior Living and Health Care. We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to build referral source relationships and grow our census and quality mix.
Responsibilities As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will:
Build referral source relationships with hospitals, clinics, and other senior‑service organizations.
Develop the market and work with acute care and other referral sources.
Provide prospective residents and responsible parties with appropriate information and assistance.
Qualifications
Fire and passion for working with seniors.
Flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, health care, or related business field preferred.
Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in a healthcare setting required.
Excellent knowledge and experience in sales and marketing aspects including partner relations, move‑in paperwork, advertising, media, social media, and event planning.
Proven success in developing referrals in a healthcare setting.
Ability to exhibit self‑confidence, enthusiasm, assertiveness, and a desire to succeed.
Team player with ability to establish working relationships internally and externally.
Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
