A Day in the Life: As an Executive Recruiter at The Keller Group, you’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle and act as a trusted advisor to candidates.
What You’ll Do
Source creatively and strategically using CRM tools, digital platforms, referrals, and relationship-driven networking
Build deep pipelines of top marketing and digital talent across technical and creative functions and titles from junior to CMO-level
Craft personalized outreach that resonates with active and passive candidates
Own the full recruiting lifecycle—from market mapping and interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding
Confidently position opportunities by leveraging insight into client strategy, team dynamics, and industry trends
Deliver a high-touch, transparent candidate experience with timely communication and feedback
Track and own recruiting metrics tied to sourcing activity, submissions, placements, and revenue
Who Thrives in This Role
Deep understanding of the marketing landscape including digital marketing, paid media, brand, product marketing, PR, B2B/B2C, and agency vs. in-house environments
Strong ability to evaluate real marketing expertise and cut through buzzword-heavy resumes
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously
Adaptable, resilient, and persistent—understanding recruiting is a long game
Consultative, empathetic, and relationship-driven
