7:00am-5:00pm (Mon-Fri - 1-2 days required onsite in Fond du Lac, preferably 3-4 days onsite) Duration

Ever wanted to be the hero who saves HR data during a system change? We're seeking a Temporary HR Generalist / HRIS Specialist for a 6-month assignment starting late January to support a UKG Pro to UKG Ready transition. This role plays a key part in ensuring clean data, accurate testing, and smooth reporting while supporting HR and Payroll teams during a high-impact project. Responsibilities
Verify employee records, job codes, pay rates, benefits, and time-off balances between UKG Pro and UKG Ready. Proactively document, communicate, and escalate discrepancies to ensure accuracy and minimize employee impact. Support testing of HR and payroll processes in UKG Ready (including payroll calculations, approvals, and workflows). Partner closely with HR, Payroll, and Operations to confirm processes work as intended for end users. Generate, review, and reconcile reports to support data validation, testing, and decision-making. Track trends or recurring issues and collaborate with the HR team on solutions. Maintain clear and organized documentation of findings, updates, and communications to support knowledge transfer and ensure continuity throughout the conversion. Assist with day-to-day HR activities such as employee data changes, onboarding support, job changes, and responding to basic employee inquiries, ensuring a positive, consistent employee experience. Serve as a collaborative partner to employees, managers, and HR team members by providing timely, accurate information, escalating issues appropriately, and helping maintain trust and engagement.
