As a Leasing Consultant, your day is all about people. You will be enthusiastic, creative, and knowledgeable about market trends, helping residents find their homes while delivering top‑notch sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

Love people in all their diversity.

Seal the deal with a minimum 20% closing ratio.

Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other resident areas.

Inspect and present tour routes and models to look their best.

Stay aware of local market conditions and trends.

Contribute marketing ideas to the Property Manager for property promotion and resident satisfaction.

Communicate professionally with residents via verbal and written means.

Provide excellent customer service to prospective and existing residents and team members.

Manage administrative tasks with exceptional attention to detail.

Qualifications

At least two years of transferable customer‑service experience.

Ability to adapt to new technologies.

Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.

Fun, energetic, and a natural energizer.
