Role Description This is a full-time on-site position as a Real Estate Agent based in the Lincoln / Omaha, Nebraska Metropolitan Area. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties. Responsibilities include conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, hosting open houses, performing accurate market analysis, providing exceptional customer service, managing listings, and staying informed on market trends. Agents will utilize their expertise to guide clients through real estate transactions, ensuring a smooth process while addressing their unique needs and goals.
Qualifications
Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a valid Real Estate License.
Knowledge and experience in Real Estate, Real Property, and Sales are essential for success in this role.
Strong Customer Service skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Self‑motivation, time management, and the ability to work independently are highly valued.
Knowledge of the local real estate market in the Lincoln/Omaha, NE area is a plus.
A passion for real estate and the drive to exceed client expectations is highly preferred.
