Trade Finance & Deduction Analyst
Location:
Wayne, PA
Pay Rate:
$25–$30/hr
Schedule:
Hybrid – In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; remote other days
Summary The Trade Finance & Deduction Analyst plays a key role in supporting financial accuracy and operational efficiency by managing trade spend forecasting, execution, and deduction resolution for assigned accounts. This position ensures proper allocation of trade investments, reconciles deductions, and partners with internal teams to resolve discrepancies promptly.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain shipment forecasts and trade spend data in client systems, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
Review and allocate trade deductions to correct categories, customers, and events
Reconcile actual trade spend against financial reports to ensure alignment
Investigate unplanned or invalid charges and communicate findings to internal stakeholders
Collaborate with account leads to research and resolve deduction issues
Serve as a primary contact for deduction-related inquiries
Retrieve and organize documentation from client portals for internal recordkeeping

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years in deduction management, accounting, or related financial roles

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
