Leasing Consultant Floater – Incore Residential
Full‑time position responsible for working with the Property Manager to secure residents for several properties in the Tampa Bay, FL area. The candidate will
float
between these properties and may be required to travel. Saturdays required. Starting pay $23 plus monthly bonuses from each of the properties.
Duties
Obtain rental applications and process them for approval.
Manage resident/lender relations.
Maintain the highest level of occupancy possible.
Assist the Property Manager with marketing efforts, maintaining an accurate traffic log.
Guide qualified applicants through the entire application process.
Maintain knowledge of current vacancies and upcoming units.
Greet prospects by phone and in person with the goal of securing a lease.
Ensure models and common areas are presented in the best possible manner.
Acquire knowledge needed to compare the property with competitors professionally and objectively.
Complete all verifications timely and submit for Community Manager approval.
Complete lease agreement forms for all residents.
Conduct resident move‑in inspections upon move‑in.
Address resident complaints diplomatically, professionally, and in a timely manner.
Stay current on all state statutes that pertain to tenant/lender relations, including Fair Housing and Americans with Disabilities Act.
Requirements
High energy and enthusiastic attitude.
Sales experience or prior leasing experience preferred.
Experience with Class A / New Construction properties.
Weekend work required.
Team player.
