Assistant Property Manager

What you will do: Customer Service: Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a WOW! or 5-Star service; interact face-to-face with customers, deliver excellent service, and build rapport; meet monthly sales goals and metrics. Property Maintenance: Perform daily property walks, clean units and the property, handle opening/closing of storage doors (up to 50 lbs), and maintain facility cleanliness (lights, floors, restrooms, landscaping, parking, fencing, walls, doors). Operations: Rent self-storage spaces, sell store merchandise, manage the leasing process, accept payments using POS, complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls regarding late payments. Qualifications
A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people. Experience in delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse customer base. Basic computer skills. Ability to work Saturdays; valid driver’s license and insurance with access to reliable transportation during the workday. Physical ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb or balance on a ladder as required; some locations may require Sunday hours. What CubeSmart offers
