Havarti Risk is looking for an Analyst to join the team. This entry‑level analyst position requires candidates to have between 1-2 years of experience in a Healthcare analyst role. The role supports the Consulting business unit of Havarti and involves actuarial and data analysis, project management, and internal and external stakeholder communication. Reviewing, cleansing, and analyzing client data to extract required information Building financial / Return on Investment (ROI) models Developing presentations and reports Supporting project management to ensure quality client outcomes are delivered timely and within budget Requirements
Education and work experience Passed at least one Society of Actuaries exam 1-2 years in a Healthcare experience Skills and qualifications Knowledge of the healthcare industry Knowledge of actuarial principles and processes Proficiency in the use of excel and statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R) Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Willing to travel occasionally as necessary Flexibility and adaptability to excel in a fast‑changing environment Based in the Indianapolis, Indiana headquarters Seniority level
