Job Responsibilities

Develop long-term relationships and build partnerships with assigned engineering, general contractor, and contractor accounts

Position Automated Logic as the preferred choice for building automation design

Perform take-offs and bid projects with a full spectrum of Automated Logic offerings

Negotiate with contractors regarding project scope, specifications, pricing, and terms

Generate a high level of activity to feed the sales pipeline and manage opportunities through the sales cycle to close

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

2+ years of sales experience in construction plan and specification BMS projects

2+ years of BMS estimating experience

Valid Driver’s License

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

Experience in BMS project management

Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Self-motivated and organized to achieve annual goals and objectives
