DESCRIPTION
Fitzgerald Auto Malls is seeking a Business Development Representative. We are looking for someone disciplined, motivated, with strong interpersonal skills to get used cars in for appointments and purchased from motivated customers. The business Development Representative is responsible for driving business growth by responding to internet customers and setting appointments. Setting, meeting and exceeding customer expectations through the internet with timely and professional response.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Combine websites (Cars.com, Autotrader.com, Car Guru, Facebook, etc.), Newspapers and Private individuals for their used inventory
Contact the sellers of the vehicles for appraisals
Schedule an appointment for an appraisal at a conveniently located dealership using FitzBuysCars.com
Confirm appointment details and purchase of vehicle with the dealership
REQUIREMENTS
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Strong Customer Service and follow up skills
Excellent organizational skills
1. Lead Generation and Management
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and outreach.
Qualify and manage leads, ensuring a consistent pipeline of potential clients.
Leads responded to in under 10 minutes is the goal.
Develop and maintain relationship with potential clients.
2. Strategy
Collaborate with senior management to create and implement business development strategies.
Assist in setting goals and performance metrics for business growth and expansion.
3. Sales Support
Sales to make video of every lead that has a vehicle in inventory.
Upload every video and send to internet client.
Make sure sales is ready for the appointment.
Vehicle inspected cleaned and has gas.
There is a reservation paper in the window with client name, date, time and sales professional.
4. Customer Management
Develop strategies to retain and grow existing customer accounts.
5. Reporting and Documentation
Maintain accurate records of business development activities and progress.
Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
