Position Summary – Community Outreach & Referral Specialist As a Community Outreach & Referral Specialist at Milestones Moments ABA, you’ll be on the front lines of expanding access to life-changing ABA services. This field-based role involves building relationships with local healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations to generate referrals and connect families to the support they need. Your outreach efforts will directly contribute to improving the lives of children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop relationships with pediatricians, schools, clinics, and other potential referral sources

Educate community stakeholders about Milestones Moments ABA services and the benefits of early intervention

Represent the organization at networking events, health fairs, and community outreach opportunities

Serve as the first point of contact for new referrals, providing helpful information and guiding families through the intake process

Track referral activity, outreach efforts, and lead conversions using internal systems

Collaborate with clinical and intake teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients

Assist with the development of outreach materials, presentations, and social media content to increase visibility

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, psychology, communications, or a related field preferred but not required

Experience in outreach, business development, or referral generation in a healthcare or behavioral health setting is a plus

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse audiences

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident public speaker

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field

Passion for helping children and families access quality care
