What You’ll Do
Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan
Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care
Understand and practice infection control procedures
Comply with documentation/record‑keeping policies, including vitals
Report violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately
Administer medications in accordance with your certification and training
What You Bring
Current CNA/STNA license
Completed Medication Aide course and successfully passed test
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Service mentality and a thirst for learning
Positive, dependable, and team‑oriented mindset
Excellent attendance
