What You'll Do
Lead and mentor team members while troubleshooting complex accounting and system transactions.
Monitor and analyze key reports daily to identify and resolve systemic issues early in the process.
Ensure accuracy and compliance by overseeing scheduled processes and maintaining proper accounting transactions.
Prepare and review complex monthly account reconciliations with thorough documentation in line with SOX requirements.
Partner with internal and external auditors to support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
Drive process improvements by recommending enhancements to accounting and auditing procedures.
Take ownership of special projects and initiatives defined by Accounting Leadership.
Serve as a hands‑on subject matter expert for Blackline, supporting system operations, enhancements, and stakeholder engagement.
Act as a process owner, maintaining control documentation and collaborating with Internal Control teams to ensure effectiveness and timely updates.
Compensation Starting pay range: $74,200 – $97,300. Actual pay may vary based on Casey's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a closely related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience; three years of public accounting experience highly preferred.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, practices, and standards.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
