Identify and pursue new listing opportunities to expand the client base. Guide homeowners through the selling process with clarity and confidence. Real Estate License or active pursuit of one. Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on listing properties, is essential. Ability to identify and pursue new listing opportunities with enthusiasm and persistence. Proven track record of guiding homeowners through the selling process with clarity and confidence. Strong relationship-building skills to foster repeat and referral business. In-depth knowledge of the Dayton, OH real estate market and local trends. Ability to provide accurate and insightful property evaluations to clients. Experience in developing and executing effective marketing strategies for property listings is a plus, but not required. Compensation

$120,000 - $225,000 yearly
