We're looking for an electrical foreman who can work in the field while providing technical expertise and leadership for the crew. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, productivity, and customer service on each job.
As a Successful Foreman, You Will
Organize, lead, and train crew members to complete jobs following established guidelines and within designated timeframes.
Ensure attention to detail with focus on safety and quality.
Manage all aspects of the project to drive productivity.
Ensure there are adequate materials and equipment to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Effectively maintain documentation.
Demonstrate knowledge of OSHA requirements.
Foster a positive working environment with crew.
Deliver a high level of customer service.
Requirements
Valid Driver's License.
