This is a full-time, on-site role based in Victoria, TX, for an Aging & Community Services Specialist. The role involves providing support and services for aging and community programs, coordinating outreach activities, and maintaining relationships with community members and stakeholders. Responsibilities include assisting with program development, responding to inquiries, supporting clients in need of services, and ensuring effective delivery of resources. The specialist will collaborate with the community to promote programs, address concerns, and enhance regional quality of life through impactful services. Qualifications

Strong Community Service and Community Outreach skills to effectively engage with underserved populations, advocate for their needs, and provide resourceful support. Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to foster collaborative relationships with clients, community partners, and team members. Proficiency in delivering Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and maintain positive interactions with the community. Understanding of community resources, program coordination, and sensitivity to diverse community needs. Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience in community engagement or social services is an advantage. Ability to work independently with attention to detail and meet deadlines effectively.
