BTS is looking for a talented
OSINT Analyst Language Enabled Collector (Jr - Sr)
to play a key role in conducting in-depth OSINT research, developing TTPs for collection activities, and refining analysis methods. As an OSINT Analyst, you will be responsible for documenting OSINT findings, producing analysis projects, and providing training documentation for tradecraft.

Responsibilities
Documents OSINT findings, produces analysis projects, and provides training documentation for tradecraft
Conducts in-depth OSINT research, develops TTPs for collection activities, and refines analysis methods
Senior-level OSINT analysis, manages new tradecraft TTPs, and implements advanced analytic methods
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Intelligence Community Experience required
8 years of experience conducting OSINT research and analysis relevant to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
Experience providing training documentation and support, TTP and analytic methodology development and refinement
Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
Master's and 12+ years for a Sr.
DLPT 2+, 2+, 2 (Mid)
DLPT 3, 3, 3 (Sr)
DLPT 2, 2, 2 (Jr)
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Any Open Source or OSINT certification from commercial or Government offerings a plus.
Language certification a plus.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $110,000
