Additionally, the position includes assisting in onboarding new clients, gathering information for quotes, and documenting policy details in the agency management system.
Responsibilities
Process client-related requests such as claims, policy issuance, endorsements, and schedules
Inform and educate clients about policy coverage
Advocate for clients with underwriters
Assist in onboarding new clients and gathering information for quotes
Document policy details in the agency management system
Quote new and renewal business, and handle select renewals
Utilize EPIC Agency management system, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Email applications
Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty License preferred
Existing professional designations (CPCU, CIC, AAI) a plus
Solid understanding of equine insurance, terms, and coverages
2 years minimum experience, 5 plus years preferred
Prior Farm or Equine Industry experience a plus
