$25–$28 per hour (Contract)

Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote)

About the Role Addison Group is partnering with a dynamic, fast‑paced organization to support a high‑volume, national benefits program. The Benefits Analyst will administer employee benefits programs and manage the leave of absence process, providing support to employees and HR teams, ensuring compliance, and resolving benefit‑related issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for employee benefits questions, including 401(k), pension plans, and voluntary offerings.
Manage the full lifecycle of leave of absence cases, including inquiries, tracking, and coordination with payroll.
Partner with insurance carriers to troubleshoot and resolve coverage issues for employees and dependents.
Maintain accurate records and documentation within the global HRIS platform.
Assist with open enrollment activities, including communications and virtual/in‑person meetings.
Stay current on benefit regulations and compliance, including HIPAA and federal/state leave policies.
Provide exceptional customer service and timely responses to all benefit‑related inquiries.
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in benefits administration, focusing on leave of absence processes.
Familiarity with high‑volume work environments (supporting 25,000+ employees preferred).
Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills with a customer‑centric approach.
Proficiency with benefits administration tools, ideally Bswift or similar platforms.
