POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a Web Designer with deep, hands‑on web development experience to own and maintain our full web infrastructure. This role blends design, development, and technical problem‑solving, and is ideal for someone who thrives in creative execution and backend functionality.
This individual will play a critical role in building, optimizing, and maintaining websites while partnering closely with Marketing and Customer Support to ensure brand consistency, performance, and a seamless user experience. The role reports directly to the VP of Sales and will be a key contributor to revenue‑facing initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Web Development & Infrastructure: Build, maintain, and optimize company websites across platforms including CMS tools such as Squarespace, WordPress, and HubSpot.
Own the entire web ecosystem, including site structure, performance, integrations, hosting, and ongoing maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical website issues, ensuring uptime, speed, and functionality.
Maintain website health through regular updates, testing, and optimization.
Graphic & Digital Design: Design high‑quality digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva supporting marketing campaigns, web updates, and brand initiatives.
Ensure visual consistency across all web properties and digital touchpoints.
Translate brand guidelines into compelling, user‑friendly web and graphic designs.
Technical & Coding Expertise: Collaborate with internal teams to implement technical solutions that support marketing, sales, and customer needs.
Evaluate and recommend tools, plugins, and integrations to improve functionality and scalability.
Project Management & Cross‑Functional Support: Manage incoming web‑related tickets and requests, prioritizing issues and balancing ongoing projects.
Partner closely with Marketing on campaigns, launches, and site updates.
Support Customer Support by resolving web‑related issues impacting clients or users.
Act as the internal subject‑matter expert for all things web and digital design.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
5+ years of graphic design experience with a strong digital portfolio.
7–10+ years of hands‑on web development experience, including building and maintaining full websites and infrastructure.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
Strong experience with WordPress, HubSpot, or similar CMS platforms.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, troubleshoot issues, and work independently.
Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating across teams.
Motivated, self‑starter with a passion for excellence.
