We are seeking a *Licensed Journeyman HVAC Installer & Sheet Metalist* to join our installation team. This position involves the installation and replacement of residential and commercial HVAC systems, as well as fabrication and installation of ductwork and sheet metal. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craftsmanship, works efficiently and safely, and upholds the company’s reputation for high-quality installations and integrity on every job. *System Installation and Fabrication:_ * Install and replace residential and commercial HVAC systems, ensuring all work meets code and company standards. * Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal duct systems and fittings with precision. * Set and level equipment such as air handlers, furnaces, rooftop units (RTUs), and condensers. * Perform brazing, piping, wiring, and start-up procedures as needed. * Collaborate with other team members to complete installations efficiently and safely. _Quality & Compliance_ * Verify all installations for proper operation, airflow, and overall system performance. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times. * Document installation details, materials used, and equipment information through the ServiceTitan mobile app. * Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal codes as well as company safety standards. _Communicate effectively with dispatchers, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth coordination. * Represent the company professionally on-site, maintaining a positive client experience. * Provide input or feedback to improve processes and installation efficiency. _Utilize ServiceTitan mobile app to clock in/out, document job details, work performed, and recommendations. * Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. _Participate in the on-call rotation schedule, providing emergency service when needed. * Quickly and efficiently resolve emergency issues, providing both temporary and permanent solutions. *Valid *Journeyman HVAC license* required. * Strong sheet metal fabrication and installation skills. * Experience installing residential and commercial split systems, gas furnaces, heat pumps, and rooftop units. * Proficiency with standard HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment. * Field Hours:* Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch) * *Overtime:* As needed based on workload or seasonal demand (typically optional) * *On-Call Rotation: *Approximately 4-5 weeks per year, depending on the number of licensed technicians on staff.
