Overview

Provide operational support for our accounts internally and with customers.

Partner closely with the Retail Channel Operations team and cross‑functional teams to ensure tools and resources function correctly.

Support execution and analysis of key strategic initiatives.

Work directly with corporate retail account teams locally and nationally to set the operational process and measure overall execution of Samsung’s success.

Convey complex ideas in simple, effective ways to influence audience at all organization levels.

Interact with Executive Leadership across Samsung globally and within cross‑functional areas to move Samsung's retail experience forward.

Explain complicated, detailed, and rapidly changing facts to Samsung’s retail leadership team succinctly.

Key Responsibilities

Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.

Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and others.

Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires.

Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and marketing & distribution methods.

Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus an additional 3 years of relevant retail experience.

Experience working with multiple accounts and operations.

Strong cross‑functional collaboration, ability to lead project work in a large dynamic team and drive end‑to‑end planning.

Adaptability and decisive decision‑making in a constantly evolving environment.

Experience developing processes and creating measurements.

Understanding of retail development and store systems/equipment highly desired.

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Outstanding written and communication skills, time management, and organization skills.

Assess and provide insights on operational market opportunities for various channels, geographies, and service levels to boost sales performance.

Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
