About the role We’re looking for an organized, detail‑oriented, and motivated designer to join our dynamic Marketing Team. You’ll work under the senior marketing manager to create and maintain high‑quality digital and print materials—including menus, marketing collateral, proposals, presentations, event materials, social graphics, internal communications, and branded assets that support initiatives across all M Culinary business units.

Responsibilities

Create high‑quality digital and print materials—including menus, marketing collateral, proposals, presentations, event materials, social graphics, internal communications, and branded assets—that support initiatives across all M Culinary business units.

Own the design, editing, and maintenance of Business Dining and new account menus, ensuring accuracy, visual consistency, and alignment with brand standards.

Partner with teams such as Events, Sales, Business Dining, Culinary, and HR to design materials that support client engagement, internal communication, recruitment, onboarding, and employee programs.

Own incoming design requests from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, brand cohesion, and clear communication with internal stakeholders.

Uphold brand guidelines, templates, and design systems across all divisions, ensuring visual outputs maintain consistency and reflect M Culinary’s identity.

Work closely with the Content Specialist and marketing team to align visual design with messaging, storytelling, and campaign objectives. Participate in creative planning, brainstorms, and project reviews.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain organized file structures and asset libraries, and follow consistent version control and workflow practices.

Qualifications

3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.

Strong layout, typography, and composition skills.

Portfolio demonstrating clean layout work, brand consistency, and creative versatility.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a plus.

Ability to build and manage collateral for multiple brand assets.

Understanding of print production processes and preparing files for vendors.

Experience creating digital assets for web, social, and email (MailChimp or similar tools is a plus).

Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time‑management skills.

Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and work independently.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across diverse teams.

Ability to handle quick turnarounds and shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
