Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications
Experience working with sports, YouTube creators, and streaming solutions.
Experience in business or product strategy within traditional or digital advertising, with an understanding of the YouTube ecosystem.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to audiences.
Ability to track the record of building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize initiatives, drive progress, and exercise sound judgment across multiple workstreams in a changing environment.
Ability to translate product offerings into business‑facing value propositions that meet marketing objectives.
About the job This role sits within the Product GTM team, tasked with accelerating Large Customer Sales (LCS) YouTube business growth across the region via the development and adoption of products, tools and program best practices. As a Strategy and Operations Lead, you will be responsible for high profile sponsorships, sports strategy, live TV and premium products. These solutions are critical to driving incremental business growth in our upfront partnerships as well as capturing linear and streaming budgets. In this role, you will deliver on the core product go‑to‑market. You will design and deploy regional activation programs to sellers and video specialists. You will provide thought leadership on product activation and execution. You will be fueling the connectivity with GPS, YouTube and Sales Specialists. The Go‑to‑Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google’s complex and ever‑evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go‑to‑market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Compensation (United States Applicants) The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $118,000–$170,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Responsibilities
Lead projects at the Americas scale that shape the future operating model and support long‑term business priorities, oversee multiple opportunities simultaneously, and design organization‑wide processes to ensure long‑term goals are being defined and met.
Define, align upon and execute against priority regional product Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and activation priorities, metrics, and strategies.
Work with internal stakeholders cross‑functionally to deliver solutions that meet our business objectives and influence global stakeholders to build solutions for regional needs.
Conduct in‑depth analysis of product and business data to identify trends, insights, and intelligence to support decision making and activation.
