What You’ll Do
Provide design, modeling, and documentation services for telecom systems on advanced facility projects.
Showcase your Revit expertise while adhering to Jacobs and client BIM standards.
Use Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD to create and manage fully coordinated 3D BIM models across all design disciplines (C, S, A, M, E, P, T, I, L).
Produce 2D construction drawings and ensure clash‑free, constructible deliverables.
Collaborate closely with designers, discipline leads, architects, and engineers to turn design intent into reality.

Proven experience in telecommunications BIM design for complex facilities.
Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

Here’s what you'll need
High school graduate or equivalent.
At least 8 years of BIM design experience.
At least 4 years of relevant experience in telecommunications systems design and construction industry.
Understanding of how codes and standards shape design decisions.
Understanding of design and construction specifications and their function.
Understanding of wiring/cabling connections in relation to a circuit or a link between devices and equipment.
Experience following client design and modeling standards.
Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar markup software.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to estimate hours required for design and modeling efforts based on provided markups and/or verbal direction requests.
Willingness to learn.
Ideally, you’ll also have
At least 6 years of Revit and/or AutoCAD design experience.
Understanding of clean room and data center environments.
Knowledge and design experience with paging, intercom, and audio‑visual systems.
Knowledge and design experience with life safety and security systems, fire alarm, access control, closed‑circuit television (CCTV).
Knowledge of control systems and network components and topology.
