Year 1 On-Target Earnings: $50–60K+ (Base + Uncapped Commission + Monthly Bonuses)
Year 2 Average Earnings: $71.8K+ with significant upside potential

What You’ll Do
Start the conversation: Interact with warm leads through strategic calls, emails, and social outreach
Consult with confidence: Deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase Hibu’s all-in-one digital platform — websites, SEO/SEM, display ads, social media, and more
Close deals: Drive revenue by converting prospects into loyal clients
Build relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients grow their business through strategic marketing
Stay sharp: Continuously learn and master Hibu’s products, tools, and sales techniques
Thrive in a fast-paced environment: Compete, collaborate, and celebrate wins with a high-energy team
Who You Are
Passionate about sales, digital marketing, and helping small businesses succeed
Comfortable with outbound calling and prospecting
Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new systems

Excellent communicator with strong time‑management skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
