The Opportunity A nationally respected environmental services organization is expanding its Environmental Assistance Program (EAP) & Lab Packing business due to sustained demand across healthcare, education, industrial, and R&D clients.
This role is built for a customer-facing professional with a consultative mindset - someone who understands regulated environments and can translate complex environmental services into clear, trusted solutions.
This is not transactional sales. This is solution-driven, compliance-forward business development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow new business within EAP & Lab Packing services
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients navigating hazardous and non-hazardous lab pack solutions
Lead the full sales lifecycle:
Prospecting and qualification
Needs assessment and solution design
Proposal development and pricing coordination
Contract execution and operational handoff
Build long-term relationships with:
Universities and research institutions
Healthcare systems
Manufacturing and industrial clients
Government and public sector organizations
Partner closely with operations and technical teams to ensure service delivery excellence
Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline visibility
Ideal Background
Experience in environmental services, hazardous waste, lab packing, ITAD, recycling, or regulated B2B services
Strong customer-facing identity and relationship-building skill set
Comfortable operating in compliance-driven environments
Consultative sales approach (diagnose → recommend → solve)
Ability to sell complex, programmatic services (not commodity sales)
