Account Executive – Hospice Sales
Location:
Tulsa, OK
Responsibilities As an Account Executive (Field Sales), you will:
Coordinate patient referrals and establish relationships with local hospitals to secure referrals.
Provide education for the community and referral sources on hospice care.
Work closely with patients and their care teams to ensure continuity of care, proper communication, and correct documentation.
Identify new markets, generate new hospice business, and maintain existing service for accounts.
Serve as a liaison between Agape Care Group, hospitals, the medical community, and other referral sources.
Educate the community and medical professionals regarding hospice services.
Interact daily with patients, medical professionals, referral sources, and community members.
Qualifications
Associate degree or proven work experience in a health‑related field.
Minimum of 2 years sales experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
Reliable transportation.
Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs.
