What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion sales within the AR & Denials business vertical
Develop and lead high-quality sales presentations tailored to prospective clients
Collaborate with the internal RFP Team to ensure proposals reflect the organization’s strengths in the marketplace
Analyze client and market data to create client‑centric offerings aligned with strategic goals
Build and maintain relationships with client organizations and executives to enhance service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
Extensive experience in business development, specifically within Revenue Cycle
Proven track record of success in advancing sales roles
Strategic vision across operational excellence in end‑to‑end and/or modular solutions
Deep knowledge of the healthcare market and competitor landscape
Ability to travel as needed, with flexible scheduling determined collaboratively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or business‑related discipline
Experience in proposal creation and responding to RFPs/RFIs for Revenue Cycle solutions
HFMA certification and/or active participation
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
Established relationships and deep knowledge of trends in provider patient financial services operations
