Overview
Target Specialty Products is a leading wholesale distributor of specialty agricultural chemicals, application equipment, and services. This remote position is based out of our Fresno, CA office and covers the Central Valley and Central Coast.
Responsibilities Cover Structural Pest Management and Fumigation markets, generate new business, maintain relationships with private and public sector customers, manage field operations and coordinate with internal teams.
Qualifications
4‑year degree in Biological Sciences or 5 years of experience in Commodity Fumigation/Structural Pest Management.
Outgoing, energetic, persistent with strong relationship/consultative selling skills.
Trustworthy, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Professional appearance and business casual attire.
Comfortable speaking and presenting to individuals and small groups.
Proficient computer skills: internet, email, contact management software and smartphone operation.
Excellent verbal and written communication (bilingual a plus).
Must have QAL, SPCB License or will be required to obtain one while employed.
Pay and Benefits Base salary $55,000 + $40,000 guaranteed commission for the first 2 years. Total annual earning potential $95,000 per year. Pay range $41,800 – $74,800.
Generous base pay + commissions.
