Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lehi, UT, for an Amazon Account Coordinator. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations and performance of Amazon accounts, maintaining client relationships, analyzing sales and performance data, coordinating marketing campaigns, and providing exceptional customer service. The coordinator will ensure smooth communication with clients and internal teams while supporting organizational goals for e-commerce growth.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities for building and maintaining client relationships
Solid Analytical Skills for assessing performance data and offering actionable insights
Account Management experience with expertise in e-commerce platforms
Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and problem resolution
Proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
