Account Executive – Sign & Lighting Services YESCO Sign & Lighting is located in Sugar Land, TX. We are looking for a motivated, results‑driven Account Executive to help drive sales growth for our sign and lighting repair services. This role combines business development, account management, and relationship building to expand our client base and increase service volume.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business through proactive outreach, networking, and follow‑up.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts by identifying opportunities for additional services.
Conduct at least 60 customer contacts per day (calls or emails) with a goal of securing 3 service jobs daily.
Track all sales activities and customer interactions using Servizio (CRM system).
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
Provide customized solutions and negotiate service agreements.
Collaborate closely with operations and scheduling teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, outside sales, or account management (sign, lighting, or facility services industry preferred).
Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Servizio, or similar).
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Highly organized and self‑motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $45,000 annually.
Commission: $25 per job after 30 jobs each month.
Performance‑based growth opportunities.
Full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday.
